Unable RAR file support in the Ubuntu Linux.


Now, open the terminal from Applications > Accessories > Terminal or Press Ctrl+Alt+T and run the following command:
sudo apt-get install rar unrar
Now you able to extract the.rar files.

    hy its gr8..

    even for give permission to any folder which u cant give directly.then just u can give

    sudo chmod 777 -R FolderName
